- At the time of booking, you will be charged a deposit equaling 50% of your total invoice which will be applied towards your reservation balance.
- Cancellations occurring 15 nights or more prior to your arrival date will receive a full refund less a $21 cancellation fee.
- Please note that if you reschedule your reservation to a later date and subsequently cancel it, your deposit will be forfeited.
- Cancellations occurring between 15 nights and 8 nights prior to your arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the initial deposit.
- Cancellations occurring 7 nights or fewer prior to your arrival will forfeit the deposit.
- While we guarantee your chosen site type and amenities, we reserve the right to change your site number.
- Please call the campground office at 231-943-4410 to make any changes to or cancellation of your reservation.
- If you need to adjust the length of your stay, please notify us prior to checking in.
- There are no refunds for early departure once you have checked in.
